Application Engineer (f/m/d)

Task:

• Adequate knowledge about electrical engineering
• Education as electronics technician/electrician or comparable degree in electrical engineering eg Bachelor in Electrical Engineering
• Relevant experience from batteries and/or power systems is desirable
• Good knowledge in written and spoken English
• Open to international travelling – visiting sites in the capacity of “battery expert” to for example supervise commissioning of batteries but also to address quality issues.
• Able to hold battery lectures/seminars

Your profile:

• Calculate battery systems from battery specifications incl load profiles
• Calculation of operating parameters such as necessary ventilation (natural or forced), water consumption, Temperature influences
• Design battery layouts (eg battery racks)
• Supervise customer acceptances inspections (planning and carrying out FAT’s)
• Process customer inquiries regarding commissioning, operation, exchange and complaints
• Be the link between customers and QA department. Participate in working groups to resolve internal quality issues
• Participate in internal product and production development projects
• Be the pre-sales support for various technical questions
• Be the after-sales support re technical issues/questions
