Job Summary:

This position requires a highly energetic, motivated, and creative individual who will be working on our entire technical workflow, from presales to post sales, maximizing the value we provide to our prospects and customers by using our software solutions in different use cases and contexts.

This position will be based on our office based/Field based, with the possibility to work fully remote after the onboarding period.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Provide technical sales support, to help our sales team configuring the proper solution for our prospects.
• Create and localize contents, like videos, presentations, and sample files, to show how our software can improve different manufacturing workflows.
• Develop and provide training to our customers and resellers, via web, classroom, or on customer/partner site.
• Provide customer support, and report bugs and improvement requests to the software development.
• Develop positive working relationship with all the stakeholders (customers and colleagues).
• Communicate up-to-date information about new products and enhancements.
• Develop process improvements to optimize the technical processes.
• Deliver demonstrations, both onsite and online, and attend our marketing activities such as tradeshows, webinars, and other promotional activities.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• 5+ years in the mechanical industry (preference for mold and die manufacturing), or in CAD/CAM software house
• 3D Parametric Modeling
• CAM programming preferred (3-5 axis machining)
• Experience with our software solutions preferred (Cimatron)
• Proficiency with MS Office
• Experience with content creation tools preferred (e.g. Camtasia studio)

Education and Training:

Industrial Technical Institute diploma, with specialization in mechanical technology, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience. Degree in mechanical engineering, with specialization in manufacturing will be a plus.

Travel:

Up to 50% may be required, generally short travels (less than a week).
