As the App Store Optimization (ASO) Manager, you’ll be part of the App Marketing team, taking ownership of the global ASO strategy. This role is critical to our mission of growing organic app downloads and enhancing our visibility in app stores.

What you'll do:

• Lead the global ASO strategy, including keyword research, metadata optimization, A/B testing, and experimentation.
• Monitor and analyze ASO performance using ASO tools.
• Proactively provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with designers and copywriters to optimize app visuals and descriptions for increased visibility and downloads.
• Work closely with product and marketing teams to achieve the best results.
• Conduct competitive benchmarking and stay updated with industry trends.

What you'll bring:

• 3+ years of work in App Store Optimization, growing organic presence.
• Strong knowledge of localization strategies for App Store and Google Play.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to base decisions on data, interpret, and handle it effectively.
• Tools Expertise: Proficient with ASO tools such as AppTweak, AppFigures, Sensor Tower, and Mobile Action.
• Languages: Fluent in English; proficiency in additional European languages (German, Italian, Dutch, French, others) is a plus.
• Management: Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously; high level of ownership at work.

These Skills are a Plus:

• Experience in paid user acquisition (UA), especially within the apps industry.
• Experience in SEO.
• Experience with app analytics platforms like GA4, Firebase, AppsFlyer or Adjust.
