Job Description:

Our User Insights & Compliance team provides foundations for New-Works data-driven products. We are the connecting link between business and technology departments and work with a variety of teams, such as Product, Analytics, Data Science, Marketing and Legal. For these departments we build and drive in-house services that enable them to optimize their products while ensuring compliance in data usage.

We are currently looking for a curious and motivated solution manager who enjoys working with modern technologies and is keen to discover new things. Your tasks:

1. You are responsible for requirements engineering with various stakeholders (Product, Analytics, and Data Science) to understand their goals and translate those into technical specifications.
2. You are responsible for the coherence and development of the data schemas of our tracking solutions in alignment with analysts and product teams.
3. You are in charge of the implementation process for tracking and act as point of contact for engineers and product owners.
4. You will facilitate workshops with various stakeholders to understand the value behind specific business use-cases and prioritize requests in alignment with company goals.
5. You will implement a holistic quality assurance process and monitor the accuracy and completeness of our data.
6. You will manage our Adobe Analytics administration and advise colleagues on self-service usage of the tool.
7. You are responsible for creating dashboards and visualizations to communicate your findings effectively.

Your skills:

1. 3 to 5 years of professional experience in managing data analytics platforms such as Adobe Analytics, Snowplow, or Piwik.
2. Experience in maintaining analytical data models, writing integration concepts, and implementing strategies for data quality assurance and validation techniques.
3. Strong analytical and conceptual thinking to translate business demands into technical concepts.
4. The ability to interpret complex data sets and explain corresponding processes and insights in a simple and understandable way.
5. Experience in building dashboards in Tableau, Power BI, or similar visualization software is a plus.
6. Technical understanding of infrastructure and architecture to discuss technical approaches with engineers.
7. Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using tools such as SQL and Excel.
8. A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Statistics, or a similar field.
9. Excellent communication skills in English, especially on a business and tech level.
10. A good sense of humor and a positive mindset, even in challenging situations.
