AML- Associate Director

A global investment bank is currently hiring for an experienced AML Associate Director to join their team in Frankfurt.

This is a fixed-term contract position with a high likelihood of extension or becoming permanent. Reporting to the Head of AML, you can expect strong exposure, responsibility, and autonomy in the role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the MLRO in the oversight and development of AML frameworks
• Lead the implementation and regular review of financial crime policies and procedures in line with BaFin regulations
• Assist in the preparation and submission of monthly MLRO reports across the business

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant AML experience within the banking sector
• Strong knowledge of wholesale and capital markets
• Fluent English is essential
• Fluency in German OR French is a bonus
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
