Design and Develop Amazon Connect Solutions: Design, develop, and implement Amazon Connect contact flows, routing profiles, and integrations with other AWS services to create effective contact center solutions.

Node.js Development: Develop custom logic and integrations using Node.js to extend the capabilities of Amazon Connect and integrate with external systems, databases, and APIs.

API Database Integration: Integrate Amazon Connect with third-party APIs, services, and databases using RESTful APIs, AWS SDKs, and other integration methods to enable various functionalities such as CRM integration, data retrieval, and transaction processing.

Customization and Configuration: Customize and configure Amazon Connect instances to meet specific business requirements, including configuring call flows, creating queues, setting up agent routing, and implementing security measures.

Quality Assurance and Testing: Conduct testing and quality assurance activities to ensure the reliability, performance, and scalability of Amazon Connect solutions. Perform troubleshooting and debugging to identify and resolve issues as needed.

Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Document technical specifications, implementation details, and best practices for Amazon Connect solutions. Share knowledge and provide guidance to team members and stakeholders on using and maintaining Amazon Connect deployments.

Monitoring and Optimization: Monitor Amazon Connect performance metrics and analytics to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement. Implement enhancements and optimizations to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of contact center operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. Proficiency in Amazon Connect: Hands-on experience with Amazon Connect, including configuring contact flows, setting up queues, managing agents, and integrating with other AWS services.
2. Node.js Development: Strong proficiency in Node.js for developing server-side applications and APIs. Experience with Express.js or other Node.js frameworks is a plus.
3. API Integration: Experience with integrating applications with RESTful APIs, SOAP APIs, and other web services. Familiarity with AWS API Gateway and Lambda functions is preferred.
4. AWS Services: Knowledge of other AWS services such as Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, IAM, CloudWatch, and CloudFormation. AWS certification (e.g., AWS Certified Developer) is a plus.
5. Integration: Experience with integrating Amazon Connect with databases such as Amazon RDS, Amazon Redshift, or third-party databases using Node.js libraries or ORMs.
6. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex requirements and design solutions to meet business objectives effectively. Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
7. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, gather requirements, and communicate technical concepts effectively.
8. Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality of code, configurations, and integrations.

Education and Experience: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 3+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on Amazon Connect, Node.js development, and API integrations.
