For our location in Düsseldorf, we are looking for a Air Export agent (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

YOUR FURTHER ROLE:

• Contact person for customer enquiries in connection with a transport or a quotation.
• Reception, processing, and shipment monitoring as well as coordination of daily business and support of the sales department.
• Creation and maintenance of customer reports according to specific requirements and specifications.
• Full order processing: quotation, booking, collection, provision for onward delivery, customs clearance, delivery, and invoicing.
• Interacting with carriers and suppliers to fine-tune the net revenue per shipment.
• Ensuring legal requirements, processes, and SOPs on a global, country, and airport-specific basis according to the applicable quality specifications.

THAT'S WHAT WE WANT:

• Your basis is a completed training as a forwarding agent.
• Ideally, you have already gained at least 3 years of experience in the field of air freight export and international logistics.
• You have a good analytical background and good problem-solving skills when dealing with incomplete information.
• You communicate confidently in written and spoken German and English.
• You are a team player.
• Your communication skills, high level of customer and service awareness, and ability to grasp things quickly round off your profile.
