Overview

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated AI Solutions UX Designer (f/m/d) who can ensure all of our solution implementation at customers, partners and clients have state-of-the-art user experience and are built to maximize end user productivity.

Your responsibilities:

Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and understand user needs and behaviors.

Develop user personas, user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design ideas effectively.

Collaborate with project managers, key and end users, developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement usable and effective solutions for the solutions’ usability, visuals, and overall user experience.

Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.

Identify design problems and create elegant solutions that enhance the user experience.

Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate designs based on user feedback.

Ensure that the final design meets both user needs and business goals and is aligned with the overall product strategy.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor products to ensure our solutions remain competitive and innovative.

Your profile:

Proven experience as a UX Designer, UI Designer, or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful UX projects. Preference will be given to candidates who have experience designing complex solutions for complete digital environments

Expertise in standard UX software such as Figma, Sketch, OmniGraffle, Axure, UXPin, Framer, and the like.

Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

Fundamental/Advanced Understanding of Machine Learning and AI. The ideal candidate has an understanding of GenAI models and how to work with them.

BSc in Design, Human & Computer Interaction Design, Engineering, or a related field.

English (C1) and German (C1) minimum level required

Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and defend design decisions.

Experience with customer solution implementation projects.
