We have an exciting opportunity as:
AI Security Manager (all genders welcome) within our Cyber Security department at the Kia Europe Headquarters in Frankfurt/Main, Germany.
Job mission: Under the direction of KEU Corporate Functions - Cyber Security Management, the AI Security Manager will report to the Head of Cyber Security and be a key member of the Cyber Security Team. This important role will own the company’s AI security, both protecting against emerging threats and integrating AI’s potential capabilities in the organization. While AI security architecture of internally developed and externally subscribed systems (SaaS) will be the major responsibility, this job requires conducting security risk assessments, identifying vulnerabilities, and delivering necessary measures to the company, subsidiaries, affiliate companies and/or vendors’ AI systems to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of AI systems within Kia EU & subsidiaries in consistency with current Kia’s security policy of non-AI IT infra.
Your responsibilities:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree or comparative experience in computer science, cyber security, or a related discipline.
Advanced degree and/or certification(s) in cyber security is a plus.
Experience:
5+ years of experience in AI development, architecture, implementation, and/or training.
3+ years of experience in an organization with mature cyber security processes.
Familiar with privacy regulations and compliance requirements.
Experience with cloud security and virtualization technologies.
Exposure to security frameworks and standards (ISO 27001, NIST 800-53 or other ISMS controls).
Skills:
Must be proactive, self-motivated, and lead team to multiple concurrent solutions.
Requires high-level organizational, planning, analytical, and technical skills.
Excellent customer service ability and strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to assess systems, support operations and lead process improvement.
Ability to manage external IT related vendors in the development and delivery of related products, programs, and services.
Must be able to evaluate requests from business units and provide a recommended course of action to senior management.
Must be able to work independently and execute responsibilities with a high degree of consistency and dependability.
