AI-focused Software Developer mfd

Infosim is an IT company based in Wrzburg, Germany. Our core product is a network management solution called StableNet. As our business adapts to the shift towards AI in all things IT, we are hiring an AI-focused Software Developer (m / f / d). In this role, you will identify AI use cases within our current product landscape, implement prototypes developed by R&D, and act as an advisor to our technical leaders on AI technology.

We are looking for one full or part-time AI-focused Software Developer (m / f / d) to join our team in Wrzburg from March 2025 onwards.

Tasks

In this role, you will bring AI into our products and software development practices. So far, our endeavors in the field of AI have been focused on R&D prototypes. You will help us bridge that gap:

• Expand on existing prototypes (e.g. Chatbot AI-powered search) and collaborate with our other AI experts to implement new features.
• Leverage your expertise to identify possible use cases for artificial intelligence within StableNet as well as the company at large.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest technical developments in the field and advise C-level management as they map out our AI strategy.

Requirements

Your skills and experience are more important to us than any formal qualifications. If you're passionate and knowledgeable about AI and know how to implement it, this is the opportunity for you! Specifically, we are looking for someone who can combine conventional programming skills (ideally Java and Typescript) with practical experience in the field of AI (e.g. Pytorch, Tensorflow).
