Duties and Responsibilities:
The Agile Scrum Master’s role is responsible for facilitating the Scrum process and ensuring that the team follows the principles and values of Scrum. The Scrum Master's primary goal is to remove impediments, facilitate communication, and enable the team to work efficiently and effectively. The Scrum Master should have at least five years of experience in software or data engineering development and deployment using Agile methods. Major responsibilities and duties include:
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field of study.
Experience: This position requires a minimum of five years’ experience serving as a Scrum Master. The Scrum Master must have previous experience with industry-standard digital tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, and Confluence.
Certification: Maintain the current version of at least one of the following Scaled Agile Framework certifications: SAFe Practice Consultant, SAFe Practice Consultant Trainer, Advanced SPC, Agile Product Manager, or Product Owner / Product Manager. If the Agile Product Owner does not have this certification at the time he or she is identified, he or she must obtain it no later than 30 days following arrival at the primary place of performance.

The likely salary range for this position is $140,250 - $189,750. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location, and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range. Total compensation for international positions varies by tax, social security, and immigration statuses, as well as location. Generally, an international assignment may include allowances, premium uplifts, and/or relocation or transportation benefits, above base salary range noted.
