TASKS WITH IMPACT
- Agile Process Management: Analyze, optimize, and standardize existing and create new processes at team, domain, and IT organization level.
- Agile Transformation: Establish new and improve existing agile processes to strengthen the self-organization of teams and domains.
- Uniform Application: Standardize agile methodologies and ensure their uniform application. Support teams and domains in the consistent implementation of standards.
- Empower Teams and Domains: Advise and coach teams and domains in agile methods and practices to increase their effectiveness and efficiency.
- Collaborative Leadership: Foster effective and efficient collaboration among your colleagues and remove obstacles that stand in the way.
- Ambassador for Continuous Improvement: Identify improvement potentials, develop innovative solutions and promote a culture of continuous improvement, support modern leadership principles, and work with leadership to shape a positive work culture.
- Innovative Role Model: Have impact as a role model for cultural development in an international environment. Contribute new ideas and innovations so that we can continue to develop.
YOUR SKILLS
- Process Optimization Competence: You have extensive experience in analyzing, optimizing, and supporting agile processes and workflows at the domain or department level, as well as identifying and implementing improvement measures in an agile and hybrid environment.
- Comprehensive Agile Expertise: You bring 3+ years of professional experience in an agile environment as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or in comparable roles with proven successes.
- Mastering Agile Methods: You possess expertise in the application of agile methods and frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and their adaptation to the specific needs of the company.
- Communication Expert: You excel with your respectful and effective communication, as well as your pronounced moderation talent for effective collaboration and clear conveyance of complex matters.
- Initiative and Entrepreneurial Thinking: You act proactively, recognize new opportunities, and implement innovative solutions.
- Agile Mindset: You passionately represent agile values and principles, and are self-reflective with a consistent “inspect & adapt” mindset.
- Solution-Oriented: You convince with a solution-oriented mindset and constantly seek new and creative approaches.
- Effective Network: You possess strong interpersonal skills and can build positive and productive working relationships.

- Tool Knowledge: Jira, Confluence, Slack, Miro, or similar tools are part of your daily routine and you are interested in trying and implementing new tools.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English.
