Agile Coach (f/m/x) - parental leave substitute until 30.04.2026

As an Agile Coach (f/m/x) at Tomorrow, you will accompany cross-functional software development teams and their internal stakeholders within the organization. As the organization’s designated contact for our agile set-up, you will also support your colleagues in designing processes and improving the adaptability of the organization. By doing so, you will contribute to a culture of continuous knowledge transfer.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting your colleagues in their day-to-day work and in the use of agile values, practices, and methods.
• Recognizing their needs and moods and supporting them in identifying and overcoming obstacles.
• Encouraging self-organization and supporting the ongoing improvement process with your various methodical building blocks.
• To do this, you will take on various roles, e.g. as a coach, scrum master, moderator, or mediator.

What we're looking for

• You've gained relevant work experience as an agile coach in other tech companies.
• You know how to build an agile and learning organization and are experienced with cross-functional processes such as OKR, prioritization, or agile governance processes.
• As well as an agile mindset, you have practical experience in selecting suitable interventions and you act independently in supporting your teams.
• You are a good listener and observer and used to communicating, coaching, and consulting different personalities and on different levels in your job.
• Empathy and good, constructive communication are important to you and with everything you do, you actively contribute to a corresponding team culture.
• You speak fluent English and at least a good level of German.
• You support the idea to create a better future for everyone by using money as a force for good.

What we offer

Salary: 56.000-67.000 EUR annual gross + one-time 5.000 EUR in virtual shares.

Working from home and mobile work are therefore integral parts of our remote-friendly work culture. At the same time, we believe in the huge advantages of meeting up and working together in person. Our fantastic office in Hamburg is the perfect space for this and available to you any time. Our office is wheelchair-accessible, has ground-level access, and offers flexible options for designing your workspace. We expect our future Agile Coach (f/m/x) to spend an average of 1-3 days a week working on-site in our office. We will be happy to discuss all other details with you when we meet you (virtually) in person. One more thing: for organizational reasons, this position requires your place of residence to be in Germany.
