Are you ready to make an impact? Our expanding Marketing Team is looking for a talented Affiliate Marketing Manager to join our team.

As an Affiliate Marketing Manager, your key responsibility is to develop and execute an Affiliate Marketing Strategy and ensure it aligns with our overall business goals. Tasks

  • Recruit new affiliates through research, referrals, and other avenues.
  • Identify, onboard, and nurture relationships with new affiliates, influencers, and partners.
  • Manage Affiliate Networks and scale our activity on these channels according to our goals.
  • Monitor affiliate activity, analyze performance, identify areas of improvement, and recommend ways to increase affiliate-generated revenues.
  • Communicate and monitor compliance with brand guidelines in affiliate channels.
  • Proactively monitor affiliate compliance with our program policies.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of proven experience in affiliate marketing or a related field.
  • Extensive knowledge of affiliate platforms and tools.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to build lasting partnerships.
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills in English; German is a plus.
  • Proactive, motivated, and goal-oriented with a strong drive to succeed and achieve results.

Please note: This is not a remote-only position; we offer you a flexible hybrid model here in Hamburg, Germany, working from home on Mondays & Fridays, coming to the office on Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday!
