About the team:
The team is a cross-divisional team that supports different advertising business areas and drives growth with the help of Ad Tech innovations. You will be one of 5 other members of the team who all report to the Ad Tech Lead. Each of your is responsible for their own domain within our advertising stack. The Ad Tech Team is accountable for a seamless running advertising infrastructure and for operating multiple components in daily operations. Knowledge sharing and cooperation are very important to us. For this reason, we have multiple rituals and processes within our team to share industry innovations and best practices.
You will enjoy a flexible work environment, with a hybrid setup that combines remote work with some regular on-site meetings in our OPD office in Berlin (Charlottenburg).
What you'll do:
Project management for Advertising integrations like SSP or other demand technologies
Manage relationship with advertising technology stack providers
Be the interface between product, engineering and business
Identify bugs and coordinate feature requests with advertising technology providers and internal engineering teams
Operate multiple ad technologies (e.g. Ad Server, SSPs, Tag Manager, DMP)
Stay close to the industry and its innovations and ensure that we remain at the leading position in ad technology
Define together with us the best Ad Tech Stack
Who you are:
3+ years in ad tech manager, product manager or similar role in the advertising domain
Excellent technical knowledge, ability to read/understand code and can help troubleshoot issues
Solid project management expertise
Experience with partner management
You possess a strong ability to analyze complex problems and develop pragmatic solutions
Experience managing ad tech at a publisher
