Global eCommerce is the heart of all eCommerce activities at HUGO BOSS AG. With the claim "Best in Class" we offer an inspiring and customer-oriented eCommerce shopping experience.

We are looking for a motivated part-time (50%) administrator (m/f/d) who enjoys working with systemic eCommerce processes to strengthen our Merchandise Management eCommerce team.

What you can expect:

1. Systematic monitoring of the seasonal product range in the global online store
2. Carrying out availability checks and ensuring on-time delivery and go-live of our products
3. Participation in the allocation and replenishment of goods
4. Supporting the (Senior) Merchandise Manager with relevant product and island activities
5. Updating reports to monitor the success of our merchandising activities
6. Execution of systemic merchandise transfers between the sales channels
7. Close cooperation with internal interfaces
8. Participation in trading meetings

Your profile:

1. Business administration studies or completed vocational training in the commercial sector
2. Ideally initial professional experience (in the eCommerce sector)
3. Very good user knowledge of MS Excel & PowerPoint. Ideally also basic knowledge of SAP
4. Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
5. Product affinity and understanding of systemic eCommerce processes
6. Fluent in written and spoken English
