YOUR TASKS

As an Engineering Assistant (m/f/d) at EAT, you will be responsible for supporting the work of the Engineering department. Your main task will be to assist the engineers in various areas of their daily work. The role will involve handling smaller projects and tasks under the supervision of a member of the engineering team.

• Assisting the Maintenance Program team in implementing task cards for EAT
• Supporting the Engineering Avionic team in preparing navigation and terrain software for on-aircraft updates and providing flight data
• Utilizing and maintaining various software programs (e.g., Trax, Signavio, Skywise, Office, AirVault)
• Preparing for reliability meetings
• Database maintenance and creating data analysis overviews
• Assisting the Engineering Manager with administrative and organizational tasks
• Monitoring progress of open measures and reporting to the Engineering Manager
• Participating in cross-functional projects/initiatives/meetings as a representative of the Engineering department.

YOUR PROFILE

• Specialized vocational training and several years of relevant professional experience, or completed studies or several years of relevant professional experience in a technical field.
• Practical work experience in the aviation industry is advantageous.
• Very good knowledge of German and English.
• Excellent understanding of systems and methodological competence to solve complex issues, as well as decision-making skills.
• Precise and conscientious work approach.
• Enjoyment of working in a team.
