About The Position

This part-time position is based in Berlin and entails back office billing checks. The ideal candidate will have a relevant background in financial accounting field.

The main responsibilities of an Account Receivable Specialist at MINDSPACE include (but are not limited to):

• Responsible for performing billing checks and authentication of financial data and information.
• Assist and support the finance team and other departments in the company with data verifications.
• Proven ability to review invoices and payments on accounts and demonstrate good judgement in resolving discrepancies.

Requirements
Experience & Minimum Qualifications:

• Financial background (accounting, finance, or economics preferred).
• Proven ability to review invoices, customer account reconciliation, and payments on accounts, demonstrating good judgement in resolving discrepancies.
• Expert Excel skills, proficient in MS Office - must.
• Fluent German and English language skills essential.
• Experience working with SAP B1 and Salesforce - an advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
