AS OUR ACCOUNT MANAGER - (TURKISH SPEAKING) YOU WILL...

Be responsible for the day-to-day management and activation of EA SPORTS rights with a set number of football partners across Germany and Türkiye.

Reporting into a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for planning, developing and managing the partner’s rights and their activation programs, including:

• Client relationship management - Supporting the maintenance of strong working relationships with key football partners and rights holders across Germany and Türkiye.
• Generating and presenting creative activation ideas – Align to EA’s global campaign and local business objectives, tapping into cultural relevance and fandom within Germany and Türkiye.
• Providing In-Market Football Insight – Support sharing with relevant internal departments and stakeholders at EA SPORTS.
• Leading and supporting the delivery of partner status calls / meetings.
• Managing the planning and delivery of events and player appearances - In person / remotely via local agency, on behalf of EA SPORTS.
• Working closely with EA SPORTS on content creation, marketing assets and partnership materials, and seeking all relevant partner approvals.
• Arranging and attending activation events / trips.
• Managing client partnership inventory – To include tickets, merchandise, EA SPORTS FC logo integration across match day inventory.
• Coordinating and creating season-long reports on behalf of EA SPORTS.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING...

• Must have account management / partnership activation experience (minimum 3 years)
• Fluent in German, Turkish, and English
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Flawless attention to detail
• Proactivity and have a strong planning ability
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to collaborate and adapt, working across a wide range of EA SPORTS teams
• Budgetary and invoicing experience
• Presentational skills – creating and presenting
• Good knowledge of digital marketing, in particular social platforms
• Have a real passion and knowledge for sport, with a good understanding of football and lifestyle culture in Germany and Türkiye
• Have an interest in e-Sports and gaming
• Strong ability to work well independently as well as part of a team
• Must be available for travel (locally & internationally)
