Account Manager - Printing and Packaging Solutions

Are you passionate about driving sales and managing customer relationships with experience in the printing and packaging industry?

If so, this might be the opportunity for you to grow your career in a multinational company. As our new Account Manager you will be part of our sales team that covers the UK.

You will be responsible for maintaining and supporting existing accounts, finding new business opportunities and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. In addition you will also be the contact person for our tesa Pro system - the online customer collaboration platform.

You will report to Carlos Saya, Sales Manager Printing and Packaging Solutions for Nordics and UK:

Responsibilities

  1. Handling customers across the UK
  2. Understanding our customers’ needs, being present on the shop floor during product tests, providing expert advice
  3. Continuously improve the quality of your project pipeline, identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling and maintain information in the CRM system
  4. Provide fact-based information and customer access to Marketing in order to improve the Marketing mix and complement the technology & product pipeline
  5. Coordinating activities regarding new product launches
  6. Ensure local implementation of Global and Regional Key Account plans

Qualifications

  1. A background and good understanding of the Printing and Packaging Industry
  2. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar sales role with a proven track record
  3. Strong customer orientation and passion about building long-term partnerships
  4. Proficiency in CRM, Office 365 and willingness to learn and support the implementation of new systems (tech savvy mindset)
  5. Working autonomously and self-driven, while proactively seeking support when needed
