We are looking for our client Global Track Warehouse Europe GmbH with immediate effect for a

Account Manager (m / f / d)

for the sales area Europe with focus on France (location Dsseldorf).

GTW is an internationally active company in the field of spare parts supply (rubber tracks) for tracked construction and agricultural machinery. For its German subsidiary, it is looking for a client adviser (m / f / d) in a permanent position to look after customers in Europe. The job is to be carried out as onsite work in the offices in a good location in Dsseldorf city center.

Tasks

1. Customer service
2. Contract execution
3. Claims management
4. Support for the sales manager

Requirements

1. Experience in construction agricultural equipment and / or vehicle technology
2. A high degree of independence
3. Good English language skills
4. Good French language skills
