This position reports to
Sales Manager
Your role and responsibilities
As Account Manager you are responsible for the incoming orders/sales budget, while adhering to the price guidelines. This includes the organization and planning of measures to increase incoming orders/sales new customers and the introduction of new products and systems.
Anticipating and identifying the shortfalls in performance and takes appropriate remedial actions, proactively.
Identifying and evaluating new opportunities with existing and potential customers, determining plans for implementation, and allocating required resources.
Planning and executing customer surveys and acting on the survey results to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Participating in the negotiation of key contracts.
Qualifications for the role
Experience in sales of technical products and systems
In-depth technical understanding of the relevant technologies
In-depth understanding of electrical wholesale and electrical installer market in Germany and an existing relevant network
Strong collaboration skills
