Account Manager

As an Account Manager at JD Logistics, you will be responsible for nurturing and managing relationships with our existing clients. Your role is crucial in ensuring client satisfaction, identifying opportunities for growth, and optimizing the logistics solutions we provide. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, addressing their concerns, and working closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any issues promptly.
Account Growth & Retention:
- Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling additional services.
- Collaborate with the sales team to renew contracts and negotiate terms that align with client needs.
- Monitor client account performance and work proactively to retain business.
Service Optimization:
- Work closely with internal teams (operations, customer service, etc.) to ensure client requirements are met.
- Analyze client feedback and logistics data to identify areas for improvement in service delivery.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to develop and implement customized solutions for clients.
Reporting & Analysis:
- Prepare regular reports on account status, including metrics on service performance, client satisfaction, and growth potential.
- Analyze account data to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Client Advocacy:
- Advocate for client needs within JD Logistics, ensuring that their interests are represented in decision-making processes.
- Organize and participate in client meetings, presentations, and business reviews.
