Job Title: Account Executive
Location: Berlin, Germany (100% on-site)
Team Size: 13 colleagues in the AE DACH team
Base Salary: €47,000 - €60,000/year
Bonus: €20,000 - €25,000 (uncapped with overachievement potential)
Languages: Fluent German (C2) + English proficiency

Key Responsibilities

  1. Build and manage customer relationships in the DACH region.
  2. Drive new business through cold calling & lead generation.
  3. Own the full sales cycle – from prospecting to closing deals.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams such as Procurement, Logistics, and Customer Success.
  5. Exceed sales targets with uncapped earning potential.

Who We're Looking For

Must-Haves:

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Experience in B2B sales & cold calling.
  • High ambition, resilience, and motivation.
  • Fluent German (C2) + English proficiency.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience in account management, startups, or construction-related industries.

Personality Fit

Results-driven and self-motivated.
High energy, ambitious, and not afraid to hustle.
Willing to pick up the phone and make things happen.
