We are seeking an experienced and talented Software Engineer to join our Engineering team. The successful candidate will focus on integrating a recently acquired background check product into the Checkr ecosystem, building a robust foundation for a complex identity verification solution. We are looking for a team member who is highly collaborative, deeply committed to our company's mission, eager to work with a diverse group of engineers, and possesses a strong focus on quality. We particularly value individuals who are positive, intelligent, and have a proactive "can-do" attitude.
In this role, the Software Engineer will be responsible for the near-term integration of new background check solutions into Checkr. This includes working on data vendor integrations and developing the system into a long-term identity verification platform. The current background check solution features several public APIs, both public and internal portals, and a range of microservices.
