Job Title: Marketing Strategy Lead

Location: Santiago, Metropolitana, Chile

Job Description: We are seeking a Marketing Strategy Director to drive digital marketing, lead generation, go-to-market motions, and content execution for an innovative open-source distributed computing platform. This role is perfect for a hands-on marketer who thrives in both enterprise and startup environments.

As a Marketing Strategy Lead, you'll play a critical role in shaping our vision for conversational commerce. You'll design and implement lead prospecting strategies that align with our sales and marketing objectives, researching and identifying potential leads, qualifying them based on established criteria, and planning, executing, and optimizing end-to-end lead generation campaigns using various channels.

You'll work closely with our sales teams to ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads, track lead outcomes, and adjust strategies based on feedback. Analyzing lead generation metrics will also be a key part of your role, as you'll evaluate campaign effectiveness and refine strategies for improved outcomes.

About the Role:

  1. Design and implement lead prospecting strategies
  2. Research and identify potential leads
  3. Qualify leads based on established criteria
  4. Plan, execute, and optimize end-to-end lead generation campaigns
  5. Work closely with sales teams
  6. Analyze lead generation metrics

Requirements:

  1. 5+ years of work experience in marketing with a strong focus on B2B lead generation and SaaS marketing
  2. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communication, or related field (preferred)
  3. Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation tools
  4. Strong organizational, data analysis, and time management skills
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication
  6. Self-motivated, proactive individual
  7. Advanced English proficiency (at least C1 English level)
