Key Responsibilities and Activities

The position requires a sales-oriented manager with personal leadership and employee development; consistently improving the performance of the team as well as supporting the sales community.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that we always have a high customer focus in the organization and act as advisors to our customers.
• Keep a high engagement level in the sales team, and be a people manager who develops and coaches our sales team to perform at their very best.
• Foster a collaborative spirit and work together with the rest of the Digital Energy management team regarding strategy, people engagement, customer satisfaction, efficiency, and other topics.
• Be responsible for driving continuous sales growth.
• Develop and implement our sales strategies.
• Follow up on sales targets and keep sales cadence calls.
• Collaborate with our Digital Energy Sales managers in the other SAM countries.
• Drive cross-business sales and discussions with other Sales Managers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, or a commercial field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in people management in a sales organization.
• Solid experience working with segments like Power & Grid, Mining, and other electric-intensive industries is appreciated.
• People and customer-oriented.
• Commercial attitude and skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
