A commercial grain operation in Saskatchewan is seeking a Farm Labourer to support daily operations. Responsibilities include operating large farm machinery, assisting with seeding, harvesting, and maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate has previous grain farming experience and strong mechanical skills. This position offers a wage of $29/hr and flexible work arrangements. You'll work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment that promotes teamwork and supports personal growth.
At ASK Agriculture, we believe farming is more than just a job, it’s a way of life. Owned and operated by Shelley and Kevin Gunn, we’re a commercial grain operation located in the heart of western Saskatchewan. We farm over 9,000 acres with a deep commitment to sustainability, innovation, and environmental stewardship, all while investing in what matters most—our people, our land, and our community.
We believe in big-picture thinking, bold leadership, and a shared future where your success is our success.
Whether it’s through innovative leadership, smart agronomy, or team collaboration, we’re proud to feed the world from right here at home.
As our Farm Labourer, you’ll be a hands‑on part of the daily operations that keep the farm running smoothly. You’ll work closely with the Farm Manager and team to support production excellence, maintain equipment, and contribute to a safe, efficient, and positive work environment.
We believe every employee should have the opportunity to participate and succeed. Through leadership by our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Leader, we are committed to a workplace culture of respect, inclusion, and diversity. We recognize and celebrate the valuable differences among each of us, including race, religious beliefs, physical or mental disabilities, age, place of origin, marital status, family status, gender or gender identity and sexual orientation.
