Your challenges and mission

1. 7+ years of web design experience: You've been in the trenches, having created sophisticated, high-level websites for large global companies.
2. Mastery in crafting conversion-centric websites: A deep understanding of how to visually lead users through engaging journeys that drive results and increase interaction.
3. Proficiency in Webflow: You bring advanced technical capability in Webflow to develop complex, scalable, and visually polished web projects.
4. Systematic design thinking: Extensive experience using and maintaining design systems for improved consistency and scalability.
5. Hands-on HTML/CSS knowledge: A grasp of front-end technologies that helps streamline communication with developers for efficient build processes.
6. Pixel-perfect execution: Precision and attention to every design detail that reflects the highest quality of work.

1. Previous experience working at a trading company or handling design projects for CFDs, options, commodities, cryptocurrencies, or forex industries will provide helpful insights into our product ecosystem.
2. You leverage analytics and research to guide design decisions that enhance user engagement, especially within competitive industries like trading.
3. Experience with 3D design tools like Spline, or creating engaging animations using platforms such as After Effects or Lottie, will give you an extra edge.
