The Tailor Shop Manager is responsible for overseeing the tailor workforce designing and delivering high-quality garments tailored to client specifications and requirements while maintaining superior standards of fashion and craftsmanship.

1. Garment Design and Customization:
   1. Create and design garments for various occasions based on client requirements.
   2. Recommend suitable fabrics, colors, and styles in line with modern trends.
   3. Draft, drape, and translate design concepts into finished garments.
2. Fitting and Alterations:
   1. Perform garment fittings and make necessary alterations for the perfect fit.
   2. Mark patterns and designs or use pre-designed templates for cutting fabric.
3. Production Oversight:
   1. Supervise the tailor team during design, production, and alteration processes.
   2. Ensure high-quality production standards and timely delivery of garments.
   3. Maintain proper functioning of garment production machinery.
4. Material and Resource Management:
   1. Organize and manage fabrics, trims, and other materials efficiently.
   2. Monitor timelines, costs, and resources required for production.
5. Trend Analysis and Creativity:
   1. Stay updated on local and global fashion trends to produce modern, stylish garments.
   2. Adapt existing patterns or develop new designs to meet client expectations.
6. Quality Control and Team Management:
   1. Ensure all garments meet the highest quality and craftsmanship standards.
   2. Manage timelines and quality benchmarks for all products delivered by the workshop.
   3. Provide leadership and mentorship to the tailoring team.
7. Miscellaneous:
   1. Perform additional tasks assigned by the Line Manager as needed.

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion Designing.
• Experience: 10 years of experience in a similar role.

• Proven expertise as a fashion designer and tailor.
• Strong understanding of fashion trends, designs, and brands.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to deliver premium-quality garments.
• Superior knowledge of current local and global fashion styles and trends.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse responsibilities and a team effectively.
