We are looking for a skilled and passionate Sports Massage Therapist to join our team. As a vital member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality sports massage therapy to a diverse range of clients, including athletes and active individuals. Your expertise will help alleviate pain, improve mobility, and enhance overall performance, playing a crucial role in injury prevention, recovery, and rehabilitation.

Responsibilities

1. Sports Massage Treatment
   Provide expert sports massage therapy using a variety of techniques such as Therapeutic Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Myofascial Release, and other specialized treatments tailored to meet the specific needs of each client. Assist clients in preventing sports-related injuries and provide post-event recovery massages to reduce soreness, improve circulation, and alleviate muscle tightness. Offer treatments to aid in the rehabilitation of injuries and promote faster recovery.
2. Client Education
   Educate clients on muscle care, stretching routines, and injury prevention strategies to support their long-term health and performance goals. Work alongside other healthcare professionals (e.g., physiotherapists, personal trainers) to ensure a holistic approach to client care, performance enhancement, and injury recovery.
3. Client-Centered Approach
   Customize each treatment based on individual needs and goals, ensuring an effective and tailored approach to every session.

Requirements

• Certification or diploma in Sports Massage Therapy or a related field.
• Proven experience providing Sports Massage Therapy (experience working with athletes is a plus).
• Strong understanding of musculoskeletal anatomy and common sports injuries.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Passionate about helping clients improve their mobility, reduce pain, and enhance performance.
