Job summary
A luxury hotel chain in Dubai is seeking an experienced Assistant SPA Manager to oversee spa operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate should be a strong team leader with at least two years of experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel. Responsibilities include promoting teamwork, providing direction to staff, managing service quality, and driving revenue through spa promotions. This full-time role does not support remote work, ensuring hands-on leadership in the spa.
Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel.
