As Manager, Issuer Relationships at Checkout.com, you will lead issuer engagement efforts in the region, working closely with the Global Head, Issuer Relationships to build strategic partnerships with issuing banks.
Your role will focus on optimizing payment performance by addressing soft declines, resolving discrepancies, and identifying opportunities to improve card authorization rates for merchants. You will leverage your expertise in issuer risk, fraud management, and authentication processes to advocate for best practices and drive better payment outcomes. Engaging with external stakeholders, you will represent Checkout.com in industry forums and thought leadership events, strengthening awareness of our payment optimization capabilities. Internally, you will collaborate with Financial Partnerships, Payment Performance, Data Analytics, and Commercial teams to harness data-driven insights that enhance merchant success.
Using Checkout.com’s analytics tools, you will showcase impactful case studies that demonstrate improvements in revenue, customer satisfaction, and loyalty. This externally facing role requires strong stakeholder engagement skills, the ability to influence at all levels, and a passion for driving merchant success through strategic issuer relationships.
