Strategic Procurement Officer - National Development
Job summary
A leading aviation company in Dubai seeks a Procurement Specialist to manage the procurement cycle, negotiate with vendors, and ensure compliance with company policies. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's Degree with at least 3 years of experience and is fluent in both English and Arabic. This role requires expertise in procurement-related ERP systems and strong capabilities in vendor management. Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required with 3+ years of experience.
- Specialized training in Procurement/Supply Chain Certification preferred.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience required.
Responsibilities
- Prepare RFPs, RFQs, and issue 'Invitation to Bid/Tender' letters.
- Conduct contract lifecycle performance management and vendor reviews.
- Negotiate with vendors to improve service and reduce costs.
- Maintain and grow the approved vendor list and supplier relationships.
- Conduct training on procurement systems and processes.
