- Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the Cambridge/Edexcel IGCSE and ALevel Psychology curriculum.
- Use a variety of teaching methods to cater for different learning styles and abilities.
- Prepare students for internal assessments and external examinations ensuring they meet the required standards.
- Develop and update lesson plans, schemes of work and teaching materials.
- Assess, record and report on student progress regularly.
- Provide individual support and guidance to students fostering critical thinking and analytical skills.
- Organize and participate in extracurricular activities such as psychology clubs, debates and field trips.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in psychology and education to enhance teaching methods.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents and school leadership to support student development.
- Maintain a positive and disciplined classroom environment.
- Bachelors degree in Psychology or a related field
- Experience in teaching British curriculum Psychology (ALevel & IGCSE)
- Proficiency in English
