Are you proactive, detail-oriented, and experienced in supporting residential or commercial property operations?
Ali & Sons Real Estate (ASRE) is seeking a dedicated Property Administrator to support leasing activities, tenant coordination, and day‑to‑day property operations across our portfolio in Abu Dhabi and Dubai.

To provide administrative and operational support for lease management, property maintenance, and regulatory compliance, ensuring smooth property operations and high‑quality service to tenants and stakeholders.

• Respond to inquiries from prospective tenants and coordinate leasing information with assigned agents.
• Support lease administration, including renewals and contract documentation for existing tenants.
• Assist with the collection and tracking of rent payments and security deposits in accordance with company policies.
• Coordinate and follow up on maintenance services to ensure building systems are properly maintained.
• Support pre‑leasing inspections, repairs, and renovations of vacant units prior to tenant occupation.
• Monitor tenant compliance with lease terms and conditions and report any issues to management.
• Maintain positive and professional relationships with tenants.
• Log, track, and follow up on maintenance requests and complaints from landlords or tenants to ensure timely resolution.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with all registration, licensing, and regulatory requirements for properties.
• Support registrations, renewals, bill payments, and tax‑related documentation with:
  • Electricity & Water Authority
  • Real Estate Corporation
  • Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA)
• Assist with regular property inspections and related reporting.
• Maintain accurate documentation, records, and filing systems.
• Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned by the Property Manager.

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration
• Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of relevant property administration or real estate experience
• License: Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory)
• Languages:
  • English – Fluent (essential)
  • Arabic – Preferred
• Software Skills: Proficiency in MS Office
