Emirati Graduate Program Associate (Fixed Term Contract)

We are welcoming UAE National Talents to apply for our Novartis Emiratization Program - Maseeraty, which is a 12-month program that will provide you with real-world experience, allowing you to put your theoretical learning into practice.

Responsibilities:

1. Go through a thorough onboarding and understanding of Novartis’ different functions including but not limited to Sales & Marketing, Medical, Value & Access as well as support functions.
2. Participate and lead key projects across the organization.
3. Build your management skills.

Successful completion of the 12-month program gives the Emirati talents an opportunity to apply to permanent roles within the organization.
