Senior Pricing Analyst

We have an opportunity for a Senior Pricing Analyst to join us at Honeywell in Dubai.

As a Senior Pricing Analyst here at Honeywell, you will be accountable for analyzing market drivers and achievement focus to determine the price of projects and services. You will work closely with the projects and services, and products organization and marketing and product management, key business partners, and the senior management team to maximize the profitability of the business by systematically employing key pricing levers. Your expertise in analyzing market trends and performance-driven landscape will enable the organization to make informed pricing choices and capitalize on opportunities.

You will report directly to our Pricing Director and you'll work out of our Dubai location.

In this role, you will impact the financial success and performance-driven advantage of the company through effective pricing models and initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:

Key responsibilities

1. Analyze market trends and performance-driven landscape to identify pricing opportunities
2. Apply your strategic marketing skills to leverage market and strategy knowledge and manage world-class pricing operations
3. Manage the analytics and processes that underpin a successful pricing program in our business
4. Work with cross-functional teams to drive pricing initiatives and achieve business objectives

Key skills and qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

1. 8+ years of work experience
2. 2+ years of relevant pricing experience

WE VALUE

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree
2. Strong financial modeling skills as demonstrated by the ability to create pricing structures and P&L thoughtfulness with multiple scenarios
3. Strong analytical skills, including the ability to derive insights from large/abstract data sets and summarize for executive consumption
4. Demonstrated executive-level experience in data management, financial thoughtfulness, IT/digital tools
5. Results-focused with a successful record of accomplishments through skilled use of influence, persuasion, negotiation, and problem resolution
6. Experience guiding a global team with demonstrated results
7. Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines under pressure
8. Insight into ERPs/data systems
9. Demonstrated experience and insight linking price and business strategy
10. Price management tools experience preferred: PROS software, Deal Desk, Tableau-based tools
11. Strong self-starter who can manage tasks with little guidance
