About the role
Bloom Holding is seeking a skilled Assistant Manager – Interior Design who possesses a creative outlook and meticulous attention to detail to make valuable contributions to our expanding team in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
The Assistant Manager for Interior Design will be responsible for providing support across all phases of architecture and interior design, pertaining to residential projects including conducting research, developing design studies, preparing documentation, managing FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment), drafting, and maintaining the design library.

Requisite Qualification, Education, and experience
To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design/Architecture & Graphic Design is required, along with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a Real Estate Developer environment or worked on residential projects, including 3 years in the UAE. A keen attention to detail and demonstrated proficiency in space planning is necessary. You should also have a track record of having worked on residential projects in creating precise, clear, and visually appealing presentations. Experience in the UAE is crucial, and candidates must possess a solid understanding of design principles. Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Photoshop, InDesign, SketchUp, and MS Office is essential.
