Join our team as a Events Project Manager to manage large-scale event projects for the government and clients in United Arab Emirates. You will be responsible for:

• Leading the planning, coordination, and execution of events, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
• Coordinating with internal teams, external vendors, and government stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
• Overseeing event logistics, scheduling, and setup, ensuring every detail is meticulously managed.
• Tracking event progress, identifying risks, and providing regular updates to senior management.
• Collecting post-event feedback to evaluate the event’s success and identify areas for improvement.

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in event planning or project management, preferably in government or large-scale corporate settings.
• Strong organisational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
• Familiarity with project management tools and software.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Proven experience managing corporate, government, and large-scale events end to end
• Strong UAE market knowledge, including permits, venues, and local regulations
• Excellent client and stakeholder management, including high-profile and government clients
• Confident on-site leadership managing teams, vendors, and live operations
• Solid budget control and commercial awareness
• Strong vendor, logistics, and production coordination skills
• Calm problem-solver under pressure during live events
• Clear communication and documentation skills (run sheets, schedules, risk plans)
• Hands-on, proactive, and flexible with long hours and event environments
