Area Manager – Travel Retail (Wine and Spirits)
Purpose of the Role:
The company offers a diverse portfolio of products in the spirits, wine, and beer categories, featuring over 400 brands and 3,000 SKUs. The Area Manager plays a critical role in driving brand visibility, volume growth, and profitability across Retail, On-Trade, and RTM markets. This role is central to achieving customer satisfaction and exceeding market share objectives by managing daily operations for Duty-Free customers, fostering customer relationships, and executing tailored trade marketing and sales strategies.
The position focuses on maximizing product listings and sales in Duty-Free outlets, optimizing stock levels, and delivering exceptional customer service. With the growth of the Travel Retail business, this role has evolved to meet the increasing demands of sales turnover, profitability, and portfolio expansion.
