Are you a highly skilled, Arabic & English-speaking Digital Designer looking for a full-time, remote-based role where you can work with a dynamic team with a new approach to the financial markets? We're seeking a versatile and experienced Digital Designer + Creative thinker to assist with a variety of design tasks in areas throughout the company group.

This role demands precision, creativity, and the ability to deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment. It is imperative that you are fluent in Arabic and can create design assets in the language. If you meet the criteria below, we'd love to hear from you!

1. Languages: Totally fluent in Arabic and English.
2. Adobe Suite Proficiency: Expertise in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop & Adobe Indesign.
3. Figma: Ability to navigate and use Figma for visual design and collaboration.
4. Idea Generation: Ability to think creatively and bring fresh design ideas to the table.
5. Understanding of trends: Knowledge of current trends, content requirements, and best practices of the various social platforms.
6. Data Presentation: Understanding of the importance of visual data presentation to present numbers, facts, and figures about the company across documents and social assets.
7. Communication: Excellent communication skills to ensure smooth collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
8. Industry Experience: 5-10 years of professional design experience, particularly within a fast-paced or high-volume setting.
9. Flexibility & Reliability: Ability to handle quick turnarounds and produce a high volume of work in a short space of time.
10. Visual Research Skills: Demonstrated ability to research and develop strong visual concepts that align with branding and storytelling needs.
11. Finance Knowledge: Basic understanding of finance, cryptocurrency, and trading will be a plus, enabling you to better grasp and communicate complex concepts visually.
12. Soft Skills: Strong people skills, punctuality, and a commitment to meeting deadlines are highly valued.
