Motion Graphics Designer

Job Function: To develop high-quality visual styles as well as motion graphics in video and animation design outputs for the layout supporting tasks that require delightful aspects of motion to be supplied to the Group Digital Team in a Cross Functional way.

Responsibilities:

1. Style thinking and creative outputs.
2. Experience with industry-standard software such as Adobe Suite.
3. 3 years of experience in motion graphics, web, or video design.
4. Outstanding and diverse style portfolio.
5. Natural expertise in Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, Vegas, or similar production software.
6. Experience creating assets and markup for the web (HTML5 + CSS3).
7. Experience animating characters in After Effects to output to Lottie for use on the web or in-app.
8. Video production expertise and understanding of color and typography accessibility.
9. Creating promotional keynotes or PowerPoints.
10. Sketching and drawing skills.
11. 3D and visualization skills using Cinema 4D or similar.
12. Knowledge of bit impact systems and physics generation in video.
13. Ability to optimize video for consumption (quality vs compression).
14. Understanding of production equipment such as microphones, cameras, and photo cameras is a plus.
15. Understanding of filming techniques is a plus.
16. Critical thinking and ability to provide constructive critiques.
17. Good outgoing personality with a passion for work and a 'can do' attitude.

Qualifications:

1. Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Video Production, or similar.
