Additional School Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Arabic Language/Literature
• Experience of teaching the IB programmes would be an advantage, as would experience of working in Dubai.
• A demonstrable alignment with the ethos of the IB and a genuine commitment to international-mindedness would compensate in many ways.
• Experience of using effective differentiation and assessment techniques are however, essential.

• Planning lessons taking full account of students’ individual learning needs, as well as their learning styles, preferences, and capabilities.

• Maintaining excellent professional relationships with colleagues by making a wider professional contribution to the continuing improvement of the school.
• Planning and delivery of a program of learning opportunities and activities to enrich and enhance the taught curriculum.
