Role summary
OTIF-D Senior Analyst will lead MD OTIF-D topic for regional analytics team – will be main subject matter expert regarding MD OTIF-D data-flows, computations, definition, will manage open issues follow ups by leading SWAT teams, including gaps reconciliation, root cause analysis and drive solution implementation. This person will also manage regular OTIF-D and other regular reporting. In addition to this, this role will design and maintain data-quality control process related to regional reporting flows, especially OTIF-D. It is necessary for this person to be already seasoned professional working with complex data transformations in SQL/DataBricks/PowerBI and complex visualization solutions in PowerBI, with proven tack of record in this area. Apart from these, successful candidate needs to be reliable, stress resistant with great communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
· OTIF-D subject matter expert and regional focal point (data-flows expert, OTIF-D definition)
· Lead OTIF-D gaps investigation, solutioning, change management and comms related to gaps, escalations and changes including design and conduct of users training
· Advanced data flows build for reporting and data-science (Databircks, Alteryx, complex PowerBI data transformation)
· Advanced descriptive analytics – track of record implementing Reporting and Data visualization solutions (complex PowerBI visualization)
· Technical requirements confirmation, lead implementation, test and document solution
Qualifications
Education:
· Bachelor’s degree is essential; preferred in a related subject eg, Data Science, Analytics or similar
Experience and Skills:
OTIF-D senior analyst should have knowledge and experience in following areas with the main emphasis on Business Knowledge, Data and technology, Analytics and Agile and Project Management:
LEAD
· Project and portfolio management, especially requirements gathering and software development project execution
· Agile and scrum – able to fast frame problem, form SWAT team and efficiently lead it, comfortable with working under pressure and reporting to senior leadership
· Time management and prioritization – independently plan and execute work based on gathered requirements
· Information management – effectively share information about assigned topics with team and network
· Problem solving techniques, brainstorming – ability to frame problem in complex environment, translate complex technical information into simple language, lead cross-functional teams
· Track of record leading and hosting regular performance review meetings
BUSINESS KNOWLEDGE
· Solid knowledge of EMEA MD Physical flows, Business model, Business priorities, Data available
· Working knowledge of main KPIs, such as OTIF-D and other main Customer experience and Distribution and Transportation KPIs
DATA and TECHNOLOGY
· Working knowledge of data-transformation tools especially SQL and MS Azure DataBricks
· Working knowledge with using one of the coding languages (R, Python, etc.)
· Working knowledge of using GenAI to speed up coding and solution work
· Working knowledge of complex PowerApps data transformations
· Working knowledge of complex PowerBI visualizations
· Expected to show-case real world solutions during selection process
ANALYTICS
· Working knowledge and experience with Diagnostics analytics, Pareto analysis, Root cause analysis and Descriptive statistics
· Ability to show this methodology applied on real world examples
