The Head of HR will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the human resources function within the organization, including but not limited to recruitment, staffing, training and development, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
8+ years of progressive experience in human resources, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
SHRM- CIPD certification preferred
Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations
Proven track record of developing and implementing HR strategies to drive business results
