Workshop Service Advisor

Our client based in Walmer is looking to recruit a Service Advisor.

Working hours: Monday to Friday 07:30 to 17:00 and every third Saturday from 07:30 to 12:30 (Saturdays are paid as overtime).

Daily duties:

1. Prepare quotations
2. Check vehicles in
3. Meet & greet customers
4. Source parts, order parts, receive parts
5. Manage progress of service/repair
6. Handover Vehicle to customer

Skills required:

1. Friendly and outgoing
2. Good customer service ethic
3. Great communication skills
4. Good understanding of cars
5. Computer literate
6. Drivers licence
7. Accuracy and attention to detail

Computer programs:

1. Word
2. Excel
3. Sage

Salary: R15,000.00 per month, review after 3 months.

Additional requirements:

1. Motor Industry experience in the same/similar role
2. Bilingual (English and Afrikaans)
