Qualifications

University Degree: Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

Computer Literacy: Proficient in office suites.

SAP Experience: Ideal requirement.

Experience

1. 5 years managerial experience with 3 years in Maintenance and/or Engineering.
2. 8 years supervisory experience with 3 years in Maintenance and/or Engineering.

Skills and Knowledge

Project Management: Knowledge and skill in project management.

Statutory Compliance: Understanding of the following regulations:

1. OHS Act
2. Building Regulation
3. Environmental Management Act
4. Water Act
5. Mineral and Petroleum Resources and Development Act

Maintenance Systems: Understanding of various maintenance systems including:

1. HVAC and Refrigeration
2. Electrical Distribution and Emergency Power
3. Medical/Laboratory Equipment
4. Safety and Related Fire Protection
5. Plumbing and Hot Water
6. Elevators
7. Grounds Maintenance
