Winder Specialist

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS :

• Electrical trade Certificate
• Relevant 3 -year / N4 Diploma or equivalent in an field
• Minimum of 7 years working experience in commissioning, fault finding and repairs on Winders
• Completed Impala winder modules will be advantageous.

COMPETENCIES :

• Mine Health and Safety standards
• Analogue and Digital Variable speed drives
• Winder safety and control philosophies
• Knowledge of head gear, ropes and attachments, shaft & loading arrangement
• Winder and associated mechanical equipment.
• PLC training on Mitsubishi, CTI, Siemens and Code sys
