Contract Duration: 3 year renewable contract

Location: South Africa (Citizens only, or valid work permit longer than 18 months)

What You’ll Be Getting Your Hands On:

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

• Solve complex puzzles (aka tech issues) using your analytical superpowers.
• Communicate like a boss — technical or non-technical, everyone gets you.
• Automate like a wizard using PowerShell or Bash.
• Be the watchdog with monitoring solutions and swift incident responses.
• Handle Azure and hybrid infrastructures like a true cloud ninja.
• Streamline CI/CD processes like a pro.
• Know your security – stay compliant and locked down.
• Pitch in wherever Agile calls!

NICE-TO-HAVES:

• Windchill or Grafana know-how? We want you!
• Experience with Agile environments — and not just surviving but thriving in them.
• German language basics? Wunderbar!
• Killer documentation and communication skills.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Mandatory:

• 3 years in Application User Support and Incident Management.
• Relevant IT qualifications (scripting, OS, DBs, etc.)
• ITIL certification
• IT Ops knowledge = gold star!
